Tried this place after driving by it on shopping trips the last several months. Ordered 2 piece catfish basket which came with fries. Also ordered a regular side of macaroni and cheese. Catfish was tremendous, coating was tasty and the fish was cooked perfectly. Almost immediately wished I got a 3 piece instead of 2, it was that good. Fries are unique and well seasoned with a nice blend. Not especially crispy but tasty nonetheless. Mac and cheese was very good. Had an almost bacony taste to it along with plenty of cheese pull with every bite. Wait is a little longer than your standard drive thru but I advise everyone to remember, this isn't fast food. This is soul food made with love and love takes time. Time I am certainly willing to wait when the food is this good. I will certainly return to try more of what TJ's has to offer and I look forward to it!

My latest trip to TJ's was another hit! Ordered the basa as I've usually had the catfish and I must say I think I like the basa even more! No wrong answers here though, just great food made by sweet people. Next time I'm going for one of their po boys! Also the banana pudding is still the best darn dessert you can get in town period.
